We’re all in a hurry with deadlines and coping with lots and lots of emails and spreadsheets (with some facebook on the side). It is easy to grow careless and accidentally leak personal data outside of the organisation. Colourful and friendly Awareness Posters on the wall will help with that.

In fact, our research shows that inadvertent mishaps are the primary reason for personal data leaks. You don’t need to know about the POPI legislation to in order to understand that your email could affect people’s lives if you send it to the wrong recipient.

Our research also shows that the main sources of accidental data leaks are staff and 3rd parties such as suppliers and vendors. Why not share your posters with your 3rd party vendors. Spread the love a little 🙂
